Nitto Ridge Grapplers are awesome tires but from what I’ve heard, they’re not so good in the snow. Mine have approximately 15k miles on them (about ready for a new set lol) with great results, no hydroplaning and great traction in fields while hog hunting. I LOVE the side wall protection, my KO2’s easily showed curb rash but not the Ridge Grapplers. They’re about as loud as the KO2’s on the freeway.
KO2’s didn’t do well in the mud at all but are far better than stock. The DuraTracs have horrible reviews once you get over the 10k mile range they get loud and ride really rough.

Nitto Ridge Grapplers all the way! These have 15k miles on them. You’ll get sick of them before they wear out lol.

Cooper AT3XLT 275/70r18. Completely changed the look of the truck. 

Only about 100 miles on them so far- but torrential downpour proven, lol. Made in USA too!

Thanks! I'm putting a leveling kit in on Thursday (my LT is pretty raked out) and I'm going to go with this size, I think.

I really like them- not too much bigger but a definite improvement. They are taller and a little narrower than the trailboss tires.

I have to second the Nitto recommendation.  I've used Terra Grapplers on my current truck and previous one, they performed and lasted well.  Affordable too.

Looks like the blocks on the tires are "feathering", more material rubbing off the leading edge of the block than the trailing edge. My blocky Goodyear Wranglers did......felt by drawing hand on the tire one way and then in the reverse direction, smoother one way that the other. At 10K without rotating they were getting noisy and running rough.

 

No directional arrows on tires so I rotated them myself doing a cross rotation instead of front to back. Ran just as rough (maybe a little rougher) for the first 500 miles and then smoothed right out.....then when I rubbed my had over the tire both directions were equally smooth. The cross rotation wore the high edges off the blocks which now had slightly rounded edges on both leading and trailing edges.....tires were smoother riding and quieter. Wear has a lot to do with tire composition and Wranglers may wear in different than other brands Traded at 15K otherwise I would have cross rotated again at 20K.

295 60 20 Nitto Terra Grappler G2 with 2 inch Rough Country level kit.  No rubbing and rides nice.  I had the old Terra grapplers on my old truck and they lasted forever.  Nitto makes a solid tire.

Who knows lol, I may be getting a new set shortly, I rotate them every 3k - 4K miles but I drive very aggressively, off-roading on the weekends while hog hunting (reminds me to check on my Q-ThunderChicken) and going over curbs. These Nittos have indestructible sidewalls!
