New BDS 4 inch Coilover Lift - Questions

Anyone here have the BDS 4 inch coilover kit? I just got mine installed and it looks bigger then 4 inches! I went with a 4 inch because I have 33 inch tires (275/70/18) but it still looks huge. Are the 4 inch coileovers suppose to show that many threads? Do the springs settle at all? If not i need to drop it about an inch.

Agree, that looks like more than 4". And springs will settle some after a few weeks of driving, but not that much at most maybe 3/4 of an inch.

I don't know if it's just the angle of the photo but it looks like its got a little squat to it?

Looks like a 6+ . You can tell by how the wheel lugs line up with the bottom of the truck.

Ya that has to be a 6 inch, no way its a 4.

My center hub to bottom of fender measures 27.5 inches in the front. Can someone who has a 4 inch lift or 6 inch lift let me know what theirs is?

 

Now im worried they installed a 6 inch lift on accident lol.

Just put 35"s on... JK I know a tire change after a lift is $$$ if you already bought tires.

Yours looks right. mine is a 4.5 zone with the bds 4-6  2.5 coilovers.  Slightly adjusted up. Center hub to fender measures 29 .

That looks awesome! Did you have to trim or any rubbing with 35’s? Im considering doing a 285/70/18 which is almost a 34inch

I did have to trim a bit... only rubs while on reverse at full lock
