Ya know, I have yet to try mine in sport mode

I may do that tomorrow.

I really like the downhill assist on mine. Works damn good.

Probably one of my favorite features on mine...No more runaway truck down the Mountain grades!

So, over 800 miles in 2 days, and not a speck of dirt!

Really very happy that I got her ceramic coated.

One other thing I wanna mention;

The gas mileage has been super good

This trip I averaged 20.1 mpg

The most so far has been a little over 21 mpg, like 21.6 mpg I believe.

But, here's the big difference- to me anyways.

In my 2007 Classic, the most mileage I ever got out of a single tank of gas was 400 miles.

Maybe 401 or 402.  However, that was really pushing it with the fuel light on for sometime and being very close to a gas station lol.

This last trip in the 2019, I got well over 450 miles, and the screen said I had 70 more miles in the tank when I stopped to fill up. And, it was a couple hash marks away from E. That pretty much says I cant get 500 miles or more to the tank.

I just dream about lol, what range a 38 gallon tank would give!

At any rate, and like the title says, I really couldn't be any more happier than I am with the new 2019 Silverado!

I see you've got a weighted tag on there, you tow with it yet?

Not as of yet.

Ya know, I didnt even ask for a weighted tag.

I reckon the dealership figured I wanted it.

They took care of the tag and title business.

Which, is fine by me.

Nice to hear your observations, thank you.

A lot of people have criticized the lack of a larger fuel tank option on the 1500 trucks, which really only makes an impact when you are doing heavy towing.

I really like the look of the lettering on your tail gate, although I'm always cautious about highlighting or adding to the outside of a vehicle unless I'm sure I will like it.

Do you like it?

To answer your question, I love it!

I was really cautious about putting them on.

But, the detailer I had do the ceramic coat, thought it would look really good and, man was he right. It's not too much and its looks damn good from every angle and every lighting condition.  I would highly recommend.

These were the domed version from BD Trims.
