went back to grade school today

At my little sister's school they were having a "High Interest Day" where basically the kids get to go to about 7 different things of there choice, which ranged from astronomy, tin punch, taekwondo, knot tying, pizza making, and yes, even rock climbing.  I got suckered into helping out, but it was a good day to spend the day.  I got to have fun in the sun and even got to climb the wall.

 

I had to break out the digi cam for some pics since the wall was being towed by a silverado, and it's rear was sagging and the bumper was bent to heck, but it was a base model

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Those grade schoolers have it made.

I wish I could remember there URL they had on a sign, they have a big warehouse full of climbing walls not to far from my house, it would be fun to check out on a weekend.

Gameworks in Las Vegas has a nice climbing wall that goes up about 2-3 stories.  The place is basically an arcade and has a little snack bar.  Pretty cool, they have a good number of games...but you won't see my a$$ on that climbing wall.
