Technical Service Bulletin for 2019 Silverado mirror

Has anyone seen a Technical Service Bulletin for vibrating mirrors?  I have a 2019 Silverado RST and the driver's side mirror vibrates.  I contacted Chevrolet Customer Service but they haven't come up with a solution yet.

I also have a slight vibration in the DS mirror and not in the PS. i always thought it was me seeing something that wasnt there.

I have it to but it’s minor. Doesn’t bother me much

I have it as well. Asked the dealer about it last time I went in and they told me they couldn't reproduce it. Just the drivers side for me as well. You can feel the difference between the 2 by just wiggling them.
