Low fuel light

How many gallons are left when low fuel warning light comes on.  2020 3500hd Durango max

When the light comes on. Fill the tank to the top. Subtract that number on the pump of gallons put in from the total the tank in the truck holds. That will tell you for your truck.

Thanks, I haven't burned a tank yet just curious. I assume low fuel will light around 50 miles to empty.

Yeah it's around 40 miles remaining on the DIC when my light comes on.

My 2500HD Gasser low fuel light came on with an estimated 50 miles to empty, but that is depending on what the truck was recently getting for estimated MPG's. I put in 32.9 gallons right after the light came on.
