DIC Blinking On and Off

Hey everyone, I am having/have had an issue since new with my 19 Sierra Denali. When the DIC is on the Radio or Navigation tabs it will randomly blink on and off. No gauges are affected, just the small middle screen. There is no pattern to it. It could stay on for a few minutes, then blink on and off for the next 10 minutes, then completely shut off after that. Also when I am using the GPS, the directions will blink on and off in the HUD. I coincides with the blinking on the DIC. I took it to the dealer and they tried to update it, but that didn’t fix it. Next they changed the whole cluster out and still the exact same problems. It sounds like the dealership has never heard of this problem before. It almost seems like how a loose ground would act but was told that is not the problem. Has anyone else has these issues? I have a video of it but it is too big to post here.

There is a TSB on the clusters, the dealer will re-program it or replace it under warranty. The TSB covers a lot of issues with the cluster, this may be one of them.

I see my DIC blinking when I first enter the vehicle, assume it's all the systems "booting" up but it stays on steady after that an never any issues with the HUD.

Mine has been doing that since new, they updated the software, replaced the cluster and it still does it, the dealer opened a "TAC" with GM (Don't know what that means) and there has been no updates in about 9 months.

I noticed the flashing GMC on the DIC but thought that was normal when you first enter the vehicle before starting?  I have less than 300 miles on mine so I am still learning about the truck and what is normal.

KevinWS6 can you put the video on your youtube channel and post a link?
