I have the UY2 camper wiring provision. Is there a wiring harness to connect to that and the new style camper plug in the body on a 2020 2500 HD.

UY2         Trailering wiring provisions, for trailering, 5th wheel and gooseneck trailer, includes additional 7-way wiring harness located at the rear of the pickup bed attached to the rear frame cross member

Yes but is there a harness to connect the end of the wires to the new style plug in The body.

84663240 and 84670050 are the two harness you need, and 84056018 is the receptacle.  This will get you what would be the Z6A gooseneck prep setup, AKA the 5th wheel trailer plug in the left side of the pickup box.
