Power fold mirrors 2020 Silverado

Recommended Posts

Just purchased a beautiful 2020 1500 Silverado LT trailboss.its loaded to the hilt almost...I am wondering about if I can add a power controller to my existing truck so I can fold in the mirrors r anything else similar I'm disabled and it's hard for me to keep getting in and out to manually fold the mirrors in so I can pull in my garage. Not to mention the antenna is too high.any help is greatly appreciated

I purchaed a short antenna on amazon or ebay.  Reception is fine and I can now pull into the garage without that huge stock antenna hitting the door every time.

Link to the one i purchased:

For the antennae, this is what I bought and I am very happy with it with no appreciable loss in reception.

I had M7 threads on my 2020 so just make sure you have the same. Initially I was sent one with M6 threads which may have been on the 2019s. The company took care of it right away though and sent me the right one for my truck.

I know it's too late now, but do you need the extra height of the trailboss version?

LTZ would give folding mirrors,  easier in /out since it's lower and maybe the 2" lower would mean the antenna won't hit.

I don't know if folding can be added via accessories, but it wasn't a factory option for LT Trailboss.  Power fold regular size mirrors Standard and only available on LTZ and HC.

Power fold version of tow mirrors show same availability for factory order.

Maybe an after market company will come up with something as they have with older gm models

I'm sure Phil is working on a solution, but time will tell if he can get it figured out without major headaches.
