YouTube, Google, Facebook and Twitter canned the “frontline doctor presentation” yesterday, so I give that guy’s video even less time to live on the internet. Unless there’s some kind of Biden endorsement buried in it. ?

Well, that "working on a new strategy" didn't last long (but longer than I expected).  We're back to Fauci is misleading, masks don't work, hydroxychloroquine will save us.

I put a laughing face on your comment because it's witty, but I'm really not laughing about the comment.  Six months later, just not funny anymore.

And what is utterly narcissistic is that he doesn't understand why most American's respect and believe what Fauci says w.r.t covid 19 way than him and what he says and tweets about it.

Thanks, if there’s any bright side to all this it’s that I’ve been able to get a ton of stuff done on it. Decent chance it’ll be cruising in the fall.

Have any photos of the interior? If so could you post them in "Other Rides"?

Wouldn't that be like squinting one's eyes, hoping to make it go away?

Sad world; sad country.

Depends with who you surround yourself with or what station you watch. I know many people who think Dr Fauci is a pawn. You know most people believe fauci? I would say it’s more a 50/50. Kind of split like this country. It’s gonna be a fun four more years

If it were 50/50, and just a strictly R vs D thing, then Fauci's approval rating would be a lot lower, and T's rating would be higher.

I'm glad most of these people weren't around when we were faced with WWII.  If we could just get our mules to pull in the same direction, what a great place this would be.  But that's just an old man's pipe dream.  Never happen here.

A really great brain surgeon tells you that you have an operable tumor but it needs to come out an now. You decline because you believe his reputation 'isn't all that' as he likes white rice over brown. Everyone knows white rice eaters are incompetent. Especially those that went to Harvard.

You're rowing down the street in your canoe and the wheels fall of.

Question?

How many pancakes does it take to paper a dog house?

Answer

13 Moron, there's no bones in ice cream...D'oh!

That's makes about as much sense as 90% of current opinion makes.

We are in conditions for which half the country is afraid to speak their minds. When they do, they either get censored, fired, or they get a mob at their doorstep. There’s even a chance of being killed at this point.

Nobody wants to honestly answer a pollster about who they approve/ disapprove of, whether it be Fauci, Trump or anyone else. They didn’t in 2016 and thus the polls were wrong. Well, the environment is only harsher today than it was then.

I don’t know what you’re bitching about anyway. Save for whatever Trump says, Fauci has been operating with impunity. And he continues to influence every single public policy created for this virus. He’s basically king. Unelected, unaccountable and any dissent from his point of view gets deleted from the internet. ?‍♂️

    • Atlas,   Then following your logic we can't believe any story that the MSM produces? I mean it's documented they heavily donate to Democrat candidates. Vote Democrat in high percentages. Many MSM talents are married to Democrat politicians, Gov. employees. That goes for on-air and off, personalities and reporters. So they would all be biased and nothing they produce is to be believed in your mind?   Again the article simply was about ways AI can be used for pricing products. Nothing discounted current situations as a factor.    Again keep looking through your left/right lenses. I don't live my life that way.   And as a heads up this thread will be cleaned up again as much of this is off topic and is receiving
    • Yes, and only a couple years before delivery. 🙄
    • So you're saying toss the baby out with the bathwater? @txab posted article was her take on how AI can be used to manipulate pricing as it already does and has been rebuked by the judiciasry in housing. How AI can be and is used to maximize refinery or even Amazon operations all of which are true but because she is who she is; that makes what she says about what is true, false? Is that something akin to Pre-justice aka prejudice?    Look, I'm first in line to approach all information with caution just because we live in a world where people like to lie about someone or something with such a straight face and in such volume that it makes digging to the truth wearisome. Meaning I understand the skepticisms but if I were to toss out everything a person is for a view they hold then my pool of people to draw wisdom from would be non-existent and I'd be forced to reinvent the wheel daily. Not practical.    "Be innocent as a dove but as cautious as a serpent."    Test each word. Every good lie is part truth or no one would believe it. Find the truth in it and reject what isn't.    On this one, AI is being used to do what has been done by hand for hundreds of years already but at such speed, the point of a computer, that it is more easily monetized. This one wasn't that hard a lift.    I wrote a few formulas in a Lotus 123 program decades ago, a series of linked Macros actually, that allowed a daily inventory to be turned into a running P&L and production plan. Something that took three departments a week to assemble now took the time it takes to input the 'daily changes' in inventory. Later that was ungraded to the more powerful Excel program an and integrated with bar code scanning, inventory to supply was done once per shift. It had a huge impact on production scheduling, Seamless interruption flexibility, inventory error reduction, raw materials cost effective utilization and scrap reduction. Huge improvement in the bottom line. I spent months on that and AI could have done it in minutes. So yes, it not only can be used, they would be foolish to not try. The legality, ethics and morality are not the domain of AI. Humans need to keep a reign on it.
    • New to this forum.  Also looking to tune a 6L80 and trying to work out all the issues in my transmission swap.  I have a 6.2 diesel (1983) and have removed the TH-400 and about to put in a 6L80 with a TCM-2600 interface and don't have a clue what I doing after that.  Did you (Leatherneck/RAV3) get your slip resolved? I too hate to spend that kind of money on a tuner that hopefully I will not need too many times although from what steelerdude15 added about the HP Tuner being great for diagnostics would be a plus.  I am also from WNC but below you in Columbus.  Any helo would be greatly appreciated.
