Convert to power folding mirrors

I have a 2019 LT trail boss and it has manual fold mirrors. This is one feature I really miss from my previous truck and was wondering if it’s possible to add power folding mirrors. Has anyone done anything like this?

I’ve asked this multiple times since last year. A few guys have offered to attack the problem but it would basically take a bottomless wallet and a very supportive dealership. Figure in a few years someone will develop one but there is a big push my GM to push folks up to LTZ/High Country

That's why I didn't buy them, its gonna take a switch, both mirrors and a harness to even try it. That's a few hundred bucks that could be for nothing.

It’s going to take someone who’s good at wiring to look at the schematics and find what wires need to be moved. Pgamboa figured it out on the previous gen trucks, but no one has tackled it yet for the T1

It will also take the dealership or someone with a tech tool to update the programming on the BCM. My guess it that feature is not enabled on LT or lower trims. I'd sure love to have it. Until then I'll just fold 'em in manually.

On the K2 trucks it was all wiring, the BCM did not have to be touched to get power folding mirrors. I suspect that the swap will only be available to those that have task lights and blind spot, but that's just a guess right now.

Yep. Seems that a lot of features are turned off in the BCM on the T1XX trucks.
