Eibach Pro-Truck Lift System

Bringing this thread back up as I found it extremely useful.

I have a 24 z71 Silverado with the 3.0 Duramax.

just ordered the eibach stage 1, I will be running it from the second clip from the bottom. Also got a Ready lift 2.25 inch rear block.

My question is has anyone done this set up before? Also, do I need rear shock extenders, and if I do will add additional height on the rear end, which would negate the whole reason for rear blocks?

The eibach rear shocks for up to 2 inches and have the same part number for trail bosses, which come with the factory to block. Not sure if the additional quarter inch on the rear block will cause any issues.

Finally got it done. Way happier. Front struts on the second from the bottom; 2" rear block with shock extensions. 17x8.5 wheels 285/75 Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT

I just had mine installed Monday and am thoroughly happy with the results. I went with the second groove for the strut and installed a 2” block in the rear. Rides great!! Will get a better picture lat

  Do you think this width might affect the chalk test with a higher pressure closer to 65psi? I think lowering the pressure makes sense to get the tread to lay flatter

  I had an alternator fail that was shorted internally in such a direct fashion in addition to the larger gauge cables that it appeared like a VERY dead battery. Granted I think the car did power up, it definitely wouldn't start. Rodent damage to wiring?

  Using experience to justify bad advice is lazy and typical of someone incapable of articulating why their advice is prudent. This immediately sets off the BS alert and the advice that followed certainly qualified. Asking an idiot for help getting out of dumb situations because he is an expert... at getting himself into dumb situations. Unless I've been living in an alternate universe - the first thing everyone does when getting into a sticky situation is shift to a higher gear 🤨. Of course not, the torque multiplication, mechanical advantage and finer control typically afforded by the lower gear is far better suited for this scenario. There ARE scenarios where a higher gear MIGHT be appropriate determined more by the drivers ability to control EXCESSIVE wheel spin versus applying torque to the ground.
