Drivers side rear door no power??

Its been a few years since I have posted... So I have a 2014 Silverado WT1500 and a while back my left rear window decided it didn't want to go down anymore with the front switch or the rear switch? I didn't pay it any mind at the moment till later that night I also noticed that when I open that door that none of the interior lights came on either? The door lock still functions as normal and the speaker still works fine?? I also unplugged the bulkhead wiring in the door jam to check it for corrosion and everything looked fine.. I did not check the wiring to see if there was power going through it or not... I also checked the fuses and relays and all appear to be good and in working order... Has anyone else experienced this or have any clues what to look for? Thanks in advance for any and all help..

Window motor is probably dead.

That wouldn't make any sense being the interior lights don't work either?
