Just completed a transmission flush and filter change. My trans fluid temperature now seems to be way higher than before as it just hit 196. Any clues as to what might cause this? Or a solution?

You can use some of this to help out.  Best to use it right after a flush too.  I added this and the instant shudder fix.  Noticeable difference after 20-30 miles.  Has to mix in with all the fluid plus get throughout the torque converter.

Remove the thermostat block from the transmission, it's only 1-2 bolts and be careful of the o-rings when you pull out the lines. My 2016 has two little o-rings anyway. Flip the pill inside like this video and that's it.

I dropped my temps by 40 degrees when it was 70-80 degrees out.
