Infotainment sytem problem unresolved!!

I purchased my 2019 Sierra LT 4x4 in Decmber 2019.  The infotainment system started going blank 2 weeks after driving the vehicle. Since December, I have taking it in to the dealership for the problem to be resolved at least 15 times where the problem has not been resolved. The dealership even requested an engineer to help solve the issue, which the engineer AND the technicians expressed no resolution to the problem. Based on the federal lemon law, the dealership should have either bought my truck back or put me in a comparable truck because my truck only has only 6700 miles on it. However, GM and the dealership are unwilling to agree to either terms of the federal regulatory laws. I am shocked and appalled by subpar customer service of GM. Ther service manager has done everything he could do, which I appreciate. The true problems are related to authorities above him. Can someone please assist me with remediation of the problem?

Write a letter to Mary. Lay out your case, and see what you get....or have an attorney send them a letter, citing the lemon laws and the probable cause. If it's the screen going blank you would think they would have just replaced the unit and moved on.

Persistence is the key imo, this is a major GM issue right now which is customer service or how they actually do not have any.

I remember a few years ago a member here was actually able to get a buy back because his infotainment would never lock in a HD signal, just continuously connects to HD then disconnects. which mine does too.

If you continue to make enough noise eventually things might work out of you but with this company everything now is a fight it seems.

Time to get a lawyer involved, things start to pick up steam when that happens it seems like with GM. Like i said Mary Barra has completely gutted any part of gm having customer service relations, you will need to sick the dogs after them to get any satisfaction imo.

Who have you been in contact with GM?

If you are dealing with frontline supervisors, make a huge stink and ask to speak to someone above them.

It is by no means easy, but if you become a big enough throne on their side, they will take notice.

So did they give you an explanation of why they are denying your claim? In writing? Unless they can somehow point a finger at you, I agree it's time to lawyer up.

No explanation of any kind. But that's my next step cause it seems that they like to spend money that way instead of making sure the customer is happy with their product
