Is there any easy resolution to one of the daytime running light leds in my truck flickering? Have it booked in for Monday at dealer. (Actually it is just the passenger side.)

Whole headlight assembly needs to be replace if your LED is failing.

I know there are videos on YouTube with different company's gutting the parts out of the housing and putting in their aftermarket products, so that might be another way to go.

I kind of thought that too! Truck is not on warranty though so might cost me some coin! Also have figured out that just the portion that comes on when the headlights come on is flickering. DRL does not flicker.

What make and year is your truck?

By what I understand, when you get flickering, no light at all, or a "purple" hue, it has to be replaced.

Someone posted in a Denali headlight issue that if you unhook the battery and basically reboot the computer that may fix. Has anyone heard of this working?

Well Jimcost was right. Whole assembly needs to be replaced. It is off warranty but GM is going to cover half the cost.
