Probably. No other reason to be traveling that fast across the front lane in the wally world parking lot. I was shocked this was right up in front of the store, not in the back corner of the parking lot where most showing off occurs.

Looking at the amount of rust in the truck then seeing the lower ball joint and outer tie rod stud dangling it looks like vehicle condition and lack of maintenance may have had something to do with it....
