I have a 2019 Chevy 2500 high country L5P with 18,000 miles and I have developed dents over the rear finder On both sides in the same spots. Looks like bed has waves in mirror. Chevy told me that gm wasn’t warranting they issue because “I” put the dents in the bed. Bought truck from them with 5 miles on it. Gm has them pull the rear light and some foam to “look for rocks”. And denied the request. Anybody else ran into this problem?

Sounds really strange never heard of such a thing

Yes on my 1500 2018 same issue. Only on my driver side. It’s very unnoticeable and can only be seen in my mirror or if I look down the side of the truck. It doesn’t bother me too badly anymore. I have started thinking of it as a “ Beauty mark” because I know if the dealership did something about it I would end up with something worse than what I currently have.

Looks kinda like the bed jarred during production and caused ripples?

Wouldn’t quite say beauty mark it’s definitely noticeable. Had several people ask what wrong with your bed. The dealer literally told me it was my fault. Like wtf would I dent a $70k truck!

I have one in my drivers side bed too. I think a good PDR guy could get them out.

I know they can. Had both sides of my truck done a few years ago. Awesome results.
