I find it interesting that people will blame a corporation instead of just giving the location to avoid. I have both their service is very good. I lean toward discount tire. Same with generalizing quick lubes. There’s a family owned one by me, excellent service.

Discount Tire is my choice but closest one is 100 miles away.  They did scratch my beautiful Trail Boss black wheels but sent $$ to cover the cost of touch up paint which I was willing to try.  New tech laid the tires face side against the studs and that thread cut the paint a bit.  They also gave me a $250 credit on my account toward new tires later on.  My wheels will get chipped out here on rock roads so the touch up idea was fine with me.  The free balances and rotations, patch when I let them replace my plugs too.  I plug alot out here in the far regions of civilization....LOL
