Service Rear View System Blue Screen

So this appeared about a week ago. It took two vehicle power cycles for it to clear and return to normal operation. Fortunately it hasn't been back... yet.

 

Anyone else experience this ? Any TSBs for this ?

My 2019 has had 2 flashes for this problem but it still happens randomly.  It is annoying!!!

My 2019 has been at the dealer since 11/4 for this.  They are replacing a harness this week.  I bet it doesn't fix it.  I think GM doesn't have a clue on what the issue is.  Mine started doing it less than a week after purchase.  Its been back 4 times at least now, maybe 5.  I've lost track.

 

All that frustration aside, yes there are at least two TSBs on this that I know of.  Neither has seemingly helped mine out, but seems most others clear after the software upgrades needed.  Good luck to you.

My 2019 has had this intermittent issue since 1500 miles, truck is not even a year old to me yet.  It's been to the dealer 4 times so far and the most that has been done is reprogramming and replacing the 360 camera module, nothing has worked.  Went as far as updating all modules in vehicle as instruction from tech assist.  Interior has been ripped apart checking wiring and all checked good from what I was told.  They want me to leave it till they can figure it out, a harness and radio have been mentioned of possible issues.  No help from customer assistance but that they need more time to use your vehicle as a experiment.  I'd rather get rid of it at this point.  I totally agree with the GM doesn't have a clue how to fix it.  If anyone comes up with a fix please post!  I'm willing to fix it on my own.

Dropped of truck today for the ATF TSB 19-NA-121 and mentioned this blue screen issue.

 

They also performed the 19-NA-176 TSB for the blue screen and camera error.
