2021 AT4 removable carpet inserts?

Anyone know if these new floor liners are made to take out the carpet to add a rubber one for winter or? They are buttoned in carpet inserts but I can’t find anything about it online.

Not sure exactly what you’re asking but I have a 21 with them. The carpet is on top and you snap it off to expose the rubber.

I guess I wasn’t sure why they unbutton if you can’t buy another one to replace it, what’s the point in unbuttoning it? The dealer said you can only buy the entire liner, so it seems pointless to me I guess.

They are full coverage floor mats with a small piece of carpet snapped in. If you don’t want the carpet you just take it out. It is rubber floor mat underneath. 
I don’t know why they did this I think it is ridiculous.

Any chance you can get the part numbers off the mats? They are impossible to find

Remove the carpeted pieces if you’re going mudding or in the snow.  Re-insert them for daily driving.  I’m guessing that’s the purpose.

I just bought the AT4 logo all weather front and rear rubber mats off gmc accessories,  selling my stock at4 rubber/carpet front and rear mats with gmc logo if anyone is interested in buying them.

Are your stock mats the same as the ones referenced here……..full floor covering with the removable carpet inserts?

Yes, they are the ones with the carpet mats inserts. Has the gmc logo on them. They are black in color.I can get some pictures when I get the truck back the end of this week.  If u want to messsgae me ur email ill get those over. Ill save the boxes from the new ones to ship them in if we make a deal. What state u located in? Thank you.
