Dash Cam Power from Overhead Console

I'm wanting to power my dash cam from the overhead console.  I'm looking for suggestions.  I have the same console as the one in the picture (this one is NOT mine, but one like mine).

Just run it under the headlinerz down the pillar to the fuse panel.

I'll have to break out my master tech's fluke meter and alldata information on this lol totally didn't think of it before. I think I should get a dash cam while I'm at it *duh*

I'll dig for it while I'm winding down at home tonight.

So I ended up buying the Garmin hardwire kit so if they bumper my truck or something I’ll hopefully catch the person. Didn’t mess with the cam to much but over all does what I need and connects via a app so I can save/delete/update it. 

 

like that it still works without being plugged in

will install hardwire kit tomorrow excuse the hanging wire

Did the person in the silver SUV (bottom photo) blast through the red light in front of you? Your traffic lights appear to be green.

not sure I was taking the picture i think they had the green arrow to turn, my light was red just literally just changed when he turned.

I will show pictures of mine.  I have a vantop with front and rear.  I ran rear cameras outside of my truck and on my lexus nx.
