Four (4) trailer tire pressure monitors that came with my 2019 Silverado that I just purchased (CPO).

New, in the bag, never used, and I don't foresee needing them.

I’m interested. I have a 2021 trail boss. Does my truck have to have this option for these to work?

On the 2019 Silverado, the Trailer Tire Pressure Monitor System is a part of the Advanced Trailering Package (RPO code U1D). The package is standard on the LTZ and High Country models, and is available on LT, RST and LT Trail Boss models.
