Buying New 2021 AT4 Sierra

Just bought a AT4 Sierra with all the bells and whistles, 5.3 engine. Will be here by the weekend. Want to know from other owners what positive or negative experiences have you had with this truck? My first GMC in 32 years. LMK and don't be shy. Thanks.

One thing that drives me nutz is the body colored front bumper!  EVERY time I take it on the highway, it comes back with another 1 or 2 stone chips! 

5.3 10 speed is a great combo!

And keep an eye out for the rear window leaking.  That is an issue also, not just on AT4's but all Sierra's and Silverado's. Congrats! It is a bad ass ride!

Of course I wish the interior was more up to date but the overall performance of the truck is great. I have had absolutely no issues. I wish it was easier to just level the truck to remove the rake but unless you do a true lift where you drop the differential you will more than likely have problems, from what I have heard. Other than that very solid truck, I would buy another today without hesitation.

Don’t look for negative things or issues, just enjoy the truck. People here (including me) will complain about anything and everything.

This. You’re already going to be your own worst critic when you get the new truck. Why pre-load the gun, so to speak? 
 

You’ll love the truck if you just let yourself enjoy it.

Thanks for all the replies. I wasn't trying to be negative, just wondering if truck had any issues I needed to keep an eye on, like the rear window leak problem. Truck should be here by Friday, can't wait!

I've got 1k miles on my '21 Sierra AT4.  Coming from '16 Sierra Denali.  I really like all the updates.  No complaints.  Camera's are very useful.

Congrats on the new truck I'm looking at the 2021 AT4's as well need to drive one and see what it is all about. If I jump it will be my first GMC or GM product ever. Die hard Ford guy but after two that have had some issues I'm about done with them and the current one is getting nice resale/trade so I could move to AT4 with zero or very little out of pocket.

 

Cool that you got the 5.3L / 10 spd. I'm debating between 5.3L and 6.2L. If I didn't have such a short commute to work I would consider the diesel, but think I'll stick to gas.
