Looks are one thing, performance where its needed may be something else. Need to evaluate what are your needs are. Mine were more based on winter performance and with its 3-peak rating and other reviews I dug through I thought I'd give them a try and worked out pretty well, without having to get another set of tires . One true set of winter tires and another set for the rest of the year, would of went that route if these didn't work.

I think I'm gonna try the nittos and hope I don't regret it during winter months

It would EASILY fit your truck, with or without a lift.  The overall diameter would be approximately 33.5 which is well within maximum threshold values considering your stock tire is 33".

Would the 285 be alot louder compared to the 275 60 20?   Huge price difference in sizes too

Tread pattern and tire width will dictate the level of noise you perceive.  Considering the 285/60/20 is only marginally wider than stock, I would be more concerned with tread pattern.  Read Discount tire reviews on the tires to help ascertain the noise levels compared to other tires.

I'll stay with 275 60 20.  Should I go with 10 ply?or no. I don't haul anything. Or tow

10 ply will be considerably more expensive and considerably stiffer.  Since you wont be hauling anything and wont be needing to worry about puncture resistance, I would absolutely steer clear of 10 ply.

I had the AT3's on my 2018 Silverado and now have a set (waiting on my lift to come in) for my 21 Silverado.  The AT3's are my favorite tire that I have ever owned!  I have had BFGoodrich AT, Toyo AT2, Cooper Zeon's, Goodyears and other assorted tires on many different vehicles over the years.  The AT3's were hands down the best.  This [ast hunting season was especially muddy (Alabama) and where I hunt, I had to drive through a rutted out road that was always muddy- they grab and clear mud exceptionally well for an AT tire.  I also work in the hospital so not showing up when it snows is a No-no.  Like I said, in Alabama, we don't do snow well and definitely don't prepare for it well.  We had a decent "Alabama Snow" with a fair amount of Ice and I drove the 26 plus miles to work and back with those AT3's and I was more than impressed.  Sorry this post is so long, I have definitely become a fan boy of this tire and will run it for as long as they make it

Currently running Falken Wildpeak A/T3W for the last two years with minimal wear compared to my Nito's that seems to melt away rather faster than any other tire I've had.  Great in the snow from my usage as well.

Great review.  I like the toyo  the tire don't seem very aggressive looking ...your thoughts on the aggressive look?

I have had Duratracs, BFG AT/KO2, and Ridge Grapplers.  The Nitto's look great and are fine on both wet and dry pavement but are horrible in any sort of snow or mud.  I live in the PNW and hunt in the mountains of ID quite a bit.  The best of the bunch were the BFG's seconded by the duratracs.  I bought the Nitto's because they had the size I wanted and BFG didnt.  The Nitto have an aggressive looking sidewall but more or a street tire tread.  This is their downfall in my opinion.

Would you recommend the toyo open country at3?  Or should I get the Falken wildpeak at3?

I was told to buy the nittos but up in Manitoba, I just Didn’t trust them for the long & brutal winters we have up here. 
Our roads and highways are in terrible shape. We have potholes big enough to take up residence in, and our snow clearing is not always done right off the hop. I needed something that I could feel safe with in the winter. I’ve had previous experience with the At2 and I liked them. My husband had Nitto trail grapplers that were not a great endorsement. They cupped and wore out rather quickly. 
 

the Toyo At3 were i stalled on our tail end of winter and I got to test them in a few blizzards and decent snow dumps and with the icy spring thaw/freeze and I was really impressed. Traction was quite shocking at how good they actually hooked on acceleration and did not slide in braking. We have a couple of intersections here they get pretty polished by yahoos ripping out of the local Canadian tire, and it’s a sheet of ice around that corner.

 

my truck came with the duratracs and the low speed him drove me bonkers and they were useless in icy conditions. 
 

the Toyos are not as aggressive looking as I would like, but I need tires that handle well in all conditions and these fit my needs best. And I went down in rim size and up on rubber to compensate best I could looks wise. I took a stab in dark and got the 285/70/17 and no rubbing, pretty sure the 305 would require trimming and/or cutting as it is close at full turn. 
 

No one here seems to run the wildpeaks but maybe its a location/availability deal???
