Yesterday I was able to ditch the boards and add the color matched fender trim, and seeing it like it is has me stumped. Was planning on going with a 22 replica GM wheel on a 33” AT tire like Toyo or Nitto, but the looks changed drastically after those small mods yesterday! What you guys say?? Adding a picture of the wheel option I had picked out also! Also looked at the 22” chrome version of the same stock wheel I have!
Thanks!

What you have looks great.  Put a small lift on it and be happy.

Won't be lifting this one, but definitely had intentions of a leveling kit

Well, the stock 20" tires are already a 33 inch tire.  So, you wouldn't need to lift/level to fit a 22 inch with those replicas and a 33 inch tire.

IF you do go with a level, a word of caution.  If you have an upper ball joint failure with stock arms and a level, be careful.  GM is now requiring GM authorization for warranty claims on 2019+up Silverado/Sierra upper control arm ball joint failures.  All reported failures have happened within 20,000miles or less of kit installation.

I'm a salesman at a GM dealer, and my service department goes the extra mile on warranty coverage.  A leveling kit is definitely not a concern on that part.  I wouldn't want one to clear the wheel/tire combo, I just think the trucks usually look better with one

Your service department has no choice any more.  Look up Global Connect message GCUS-9-11496.

Have seen the same message multiple times, and my service manager has never had an issue getting it covered.  I understand a lot of dealers won't fool with it for this reason, but that isn't a concern that I have

Ah, the upper control arm portion just came out July 6th.  All dealers MUST submit for UCA replacement and are required to send photos for authorization of the UCA and all front suspension components.  There is no workaround for this.
