2021 RST - Wipers turn on every start!

I've literally owned this brand new 2021 RST 1500 for 3 weeks.  A few days after I purchased it, and odd thing happened.  When I turned the truck on, the windshield wipers came on, went through about 3 cycles, and turned off, but not in the park position.  I was able to bump them with the switch to get them to go back down, but thought it odd.  Happened again a few days later.  I've now owned the truck for 3 weeks, and it went from every few starts to every start.  I've got an appointment to drop it off with the dealer on Monday, but wanted to know if anyone else has any similar issues.   

The wipers come on every time I hit the start button.  If I remote start it, they don't come on until I'm in the truck and hit the actual button inside the truck, but it happens every time now.  Frustrating, as I have to immediately hit the wash button to keep the windshield from scratching due to the wipers rubbing the dry windshield.

I have not heard of anyone else having this issue, but if it were me I would disconnect the negative cable on the battery and let it set for about thirty minutes, then reconnect and see if the issue still exists.
