Ordered with Rubberized vinyl floor and came with carpet

Is this a normal occurrence that the factory swaps this out? I prefer the vinyl floor for ease of cleanup around the farm and the salt doesn't eat through it.

I would think if you were able to order it that way, it would not be an issue.  I wonder if the dealer messed up?

Anything but a basic work truck is going to get carpet.   Depending on trim level it may not be able to be deleted in favor of vinyl unless special fleet order.

 

If it did not come the way you ordered it, its probably something your dealer is responsible for, either by ordering it wrong or letting you believe it could be ordered that way.  Also, if the order was placed without a deposit the dealer sometimes will not take the chance and order a non-typical item such as this.  Its all on the dealer shoulders IMO.

Thanks for the info. It was ordered without carpet so maybe GM didn't have it .

 

Either way new mats are ordered
