I recently bought some new headlights, and the original ones I had didn't come with daytime running lights. So now the new ones I put in, the daytime running lights wont turn on. Does anyone know how to fix that.

Sounds like they're disabled through the BCM. Will need a tech II scanner to turn them back on. Personal advise if you bought new headlights, I hope they aren't the ebay special. They tend to have very poor quality everything that doesn't last or perform. But to answer your question it sounds like the DRL was disabled.

Are you the first owner for this truck?  If not, did the previous owner take the return spring out of the headlight control knob?  I'm sure that you have been driving with the knob in "AUTO."  @DominatorZ71 has the best idea, but I'm sure that @pgamboa has a trick or two up his sleeve, too.
