I have a 2019 AT4 that has horrible brake squeak at 20k miles. The squeak only happens when the truck is cold for the first 3-4 stops. Its loud enough to wake the dead, however. The brakes show 30% wear so they shouldn't require replacement.

Has anyone experience this and are any of you aware of a solution before I take it to the shop or start pulling wheels off?

Thanks for your help in advance.

I have the same problem and it's only first thing in the morning usually. Then after a brake tap or two it's gone. Never experienced this in any other vehicle I've ever owned unless brakes were toast.

My 20 does this mostly when it's cold or sometimes after it rains. After the first 2-3 brake applications it's gone. It's an issue I have seen people on here complaining of before.

I have this too, but it's only a light squeak.  2020 Trail Boss LT.  After 2 slow speed stops it goes away.  I have 2 stop signs in my neighborhood with a 15 mph speed limit before reaching a road with a 35 mph speed limit and a braking requirement of more effort.  It just sounds like cold/dirty brakes.  My truck also has 20k miles.  Reality is, brake pads and rotors are metal.  They're going to squeak a little.  It's natural.  Manufacturers put a lot of R&D into not letting the squeak, such as chamfering, or putting a channel in the middle of the pad, but as pads wear the benefit of the tech diminishes.  Have you ever heard the squeak brakes make in a semi, a city bus, or a dump truck?  It really is normal.

My 2022 has the same screech but all the time. 28,000 Miles. 94% breaks and GMC says it's a wear item and won't fix it. But for $480 front and $480 back they will put new pads on.

For what they cost this should not be an issue.
