Blaine, not yet. looking at Chip plug in Programmer. Any recommendations ? would be good to find one that can do that tire size mod and save a few mpgs. Seems lower gears near more power to move heavier tires and new step bars. I have read about that dead lower weight vs. weight above shocks.

This is one of many programmers but it rings a bell as I watched this awhile ago.

The fuel saving "chip" is DFM, dynamic fuel management.  You can't get any better than running on as little as 2 cylinders (4 cylinders minimum for AFM, active fuel management.)

Too bad it doesn't work at idle...at least, I don't think it does?  Or am I thinking AFM.

Also too bad that it's causing motors to blow up due to lifter failure 😕

I can't speak for DFM but at least for AFM you are right, it stays at V8 at idle.
