I need some advice.  My truck has the factory chrome 6" rectangle running boards.  I would like something that doesn't have the drop and sits up closer to the body of the truck, similar to the go rhino steps.  I like the chevy "Offroad" steps but I'm not paying those kinda prices.  If you have running boards that sit tight to the body of the truck could you post a pic and let me know what kind they are.  Thanks!  I'm looking for something similar to the pic

I have the exact ones you posted in the picture, the Rhino RB20's.

I was also looking for something that fit right under the body with no gap.

Happy with them?  Are they holding up ok?  I read that some people have had issues with peeling...

I am happy with them.

I've only had them for nine months or so... No peeling whatsoever. They come in two finishes, mine are the powder coated as opposed to the bed liner finish.

They still feel sturdy, easy to install, easy to clean.

I prefer the factory ones that go all the way from front wheel well to rear wheel well!!  Easy to clean back window with these. They have held up great for 2 winters here in Iowa

I didn't want mine flat and closer to the truck because of dust build-up. My previous Lobo was flat and close to the body, after a few short trips in dusty Hermosillo, I'd get dust on it.

Those Rhino RB20’s may be the best looking ones pictured in this thread.

I’d think that you’d never have an issue with peeling with the powder coated ones, they may get some surface scratches just from grinding dirt into them as they’re stepped on over a period of years.  But that’s definitely preferred over peeling.

There's something to be said for that!
