Best way to attach a job box?

I’m getting rid of my crossbody weather guard tool box, and lookin at getting a 48” ridgid job box.

is drilling into the bed and using a bolt,washer,lock washer, and nylon nut the best solution. Any suggestions or thoughts would be appreciated.

That would be how I'd do it. Also a 3" or so, plate under the bed, at each bolt.
