So, I tried searching for this in this forum, and found nothing.  I had a similar problem with my 2014 GMC, where the radiator had a small leak at the fitting for the hose.  I don't see any signs of a leak, but when it is warm, I sure can smell it.  I checked my reservoir and it is halfway between the bottom and the "Full Cold" mark (if you want to call it that.... ).  I've added coolant back to it and will keep an eye on it.

Also, if I get in the truck and start it, I will hear "gurgling" coming from the heater core area, so I'm not sure if I have air in the system now or not....   :(

Any other out there having this issue?  Is there a TSB?

My 19 is the same way and been like that since new, once in a while I will catch a smell of coolant when getting out of the truck I know its coming from the reservoir tank vent and the gurgling sound I have also from time to time when the truck sits over night.

My concern is the lowered level in the overflow tank.  I guess I'll keep an eye on it now that I've added some.  I see the 2.7 turbo has a way to purge air out of the system without starting the motor, interesting, must be an electric water pump?

Mine has the same gurgling sound at startup and has had it since day one.  I have a hair over 50k miles on it and my coolant reservoir tank is low.  I know I have a leak in it somewhere, jut not sure where, and I know if I take it in to the dealership with no Low Coolant light on they aren't gonna do a darn thing about it.  I'm hoping the low coolant light goes on before my 60K warranty expires.
