Android Auto wireless dongle

Hi all,

 

I have a 2020 LTZ 2500. If I use a wire connection for Android Auto everything works fine. If I hook my AAWIRELESS dongle up the audio part works fire but the screen has looking for phone or something like that. So what have I done? I reset the radio to factory and also pulled the fuses. Reinstalled Android Auto. I have another dongle that doesn't work as well. Both dongles work in my aftermarket radio in my Escalade as well as my wife's 2019 Cadillac. If the radio was a phone or a computer I would clear the cache or memory but to see a way to do any of that. Anyone have any suggestions before I ask the dealer to look at it?
