Just picked up a 2022 Custom Refreshed a few days ago and looking to upgrade the headlights. Judging by the new design it looks like any aftermarket LED headlights for 19-21 wont fit the 2022. Other than swapping bulbs for LED's, is there any aftermarket lights available for the 2022 refreshed model?

Looking at the usual sources (Spyder, Anzo, Recon) I don't see any yet.  Bulb swapping would be the only option at the moment.

Don't do that unless it is halogen bulbs. LED's and HID's in a reflector housing just blind the crap out of everyone, regardless of what the bulb maker says or how hard they try to mimic a halogen pattern, they just can't. You get splotchy coverage and dangerous driving for others coming at you. Do it right with a replacement housing.

There was a headlight test comparing the outputs of LED's versus halogen bulbs I read recently when shopping for my halogen replacements. The light meter actually read higher (not barely but like 20%+ higher) with upgraded halogen bulbs versus those bright LED's, not to mention coverage was better and cutoff was safer.

I got a reply from ANZO that they wont fit the refreshed models. Probbaly wont be until another 6 months or so until someone makes an aftermarket projector for the refreshed.

This is true! At this point I will more than likely just retrofit some LED projectors to the stock headlights. I want to make sure they are bright enough at night

So headlights are still not great on these new trucks??

The halogens are terrible! I also seen on Facebook groups that the new refreshed LED's are not as bright as the 19-21 models. The 19-221 models have 3 LED projectors and the refreshed only has 2. Not sure what they was thinking with that.

You'll have to replace the grill as well, but this is an option.

I actually like the 2022 Silverado refresh headlights better than the ones I had in my 2020 Silverado and 2021 GMC.

Headlights were one of the big reasons I got a high country. The headlights on my 21 RST sucked.

If the front end looks matter, I think the OP should have opted for the LT trim, with an aftermarket light kit running about 3k, the LT trim would have given you that and a bit more. As the saying goes.."You gotta pay if you want to play".
