Brembo?!?

howdy,

Came across a website this afternoon that sold Brembo brakes for Chevy trucks. Has anyone ever tried Brembo parts before and how do they like them? Brembo installs brakes on Ferrari's F2004, and all Lamborghini models so I figure they gotta be great. They are a bit on the high side thought...$114 a piece (just rotor).

I've used thier rotors and pads on some other vehicles before. They are pretty decent. I just got a set of Brembo rotors for our Odyssey. They look to be pretty good quality. I got them from Tire Rack. Tire Rack carries Brembo rotors for the Silverado also for $40 each for standard and $255 a pair for cross drilled and slotted. I was just looking the other day when I ordered the ones for the Odyssey.

I swear by the Brembo's and had no idea they mde them for trucks, now I have to go out and get a set. I have Brembo cross drilleds on my VW Jetta GLX and had them on my Volvo 850 T5 as well, with Mintex Red Box pads, they were incredibly powerful, dust free and good looking. I highly recommend them, I believe they are on Porsches as well. Never a drop of rust, as some cross drilled rotors get nasty quick, the brembos are solid and stay gorgeous.
