I’ve been the winner of two multi million dollar lawsuits. After getting our business to the point we’ve would have been without being damaged by the losing party. Our lawyers made out big. It’s a rigged system.

That's the cost of doing business without having to put any money upfront yourself.  I doubt anyone would really be willing to fund the "maybe" of a huge lawsuit like this at $300-$400 an hour.  These huge lawsuit lawyers probably charge more than that as a matter of fact - that's just the small time attorneys!

The first one I took out a line of credit. Paid until mediation. When our attorneys realized we had a winner. They wanted to switch. I felt trapped. So I switched. They didn’t reimburse us. The got a third plus expenses. It’s a rigged system.

A RIGGED SYSTEM no doubt.  You know it's a rigged system when laws are hundreds/thousands/tens of thousands of pages long and take a legal fortress to decipher that the common man barely scraping to get by with a full time job will ever be able to understand nor comprehend.  That's a given!

you will get a better outcome dealing with warranty / product problems yourself through a consumer protection attorney than participating in a class action.
