I have changed all coil packs, plugs and wires. and Oxygen sensors also the 02's were aftermarket and not OEM what could be my issues with all these codes (not to Worried about Oil Pressure switch)  all wiring to 02 sensor including voltage seems to be good . Thanks in advance for any or all help.

Your answer is right there in the code description. "CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION" - that's not a mechanical problem - it's a circuit problem. You need to check the wiring from the plug to the ECM for a short.

Ok Thanks I checked that yesterday and found no issue and no shorts, but i will try to track it down a little more, is there a common ground to these? Also I am getting not short fuel trim on bank 2 sensor 2 on my reader; so another words flat lined  so no reading what could cause this. Thanks again. and do you have wiring diagram of the 02 sensor layout?

Also I am getting good voltage according to my reader on bank 2 sensor 1&2

I also forgot I have snapon 12/24v test light and power probe will this help?

Flat lined means either the sensor is completely dead, or wiring shorted, or blown fuse. As I said, betting on a shorted wire. Power Probe will easily find that. Power on one side, signal (lower varying voltage) on the other. If you've got no power, that'll flatline it too. That's fused power, labeled as such (usually).

Test light will work for testing the heater circuit (the 2 wires of the same color) - it's a pulse-width modulated (PWM) circuit, so you should see blinking / flickering of varying speed if that circuit is working. You'd have a code for that, though - your code is for the sensor wiring, not the heater circuit wiring, so I wouldn't worry about that yet.
