I have the dealer supplied Auxiliary switch upfitter package - how to get through the firewall on a 2024 3500 HD gas engine truck?

Glad you found that out...they looked identical to me when I viewed videos of the '23s on youtube.  99% the same...in the video of the '23 install that I watched the parts looked identical including the length of the cable that plugs into the switch bank...so this is important info you posted.

the pass through is might be the same one they use for the Kicker sub woofer. its a nipple on the pass side fire wall. 1:30 in

I don't have the part number but it is flat which should help you with what you are trying to accomplish.  

 

possible to share a photo of it, i have yet to see any pictures of this on the refreshed interior!

I've got a 2024 2500HD Duramax Denail and I need 12VDC in the cab for a 2-way radio.

I went through the passenger side and routed over to the driver's side, didn't have to take anything off inside to do that.  You can also enter through the driver's side right where the hood release cable goes in.  Etiher way works.

The dealership surprisingly had mine installed before I picked it up. This is where they ran it through the firewall which reflects the above picture. They only put one screw into the fuse block under the steering column so it rattles. Need to figure out how to get that panel off so I can put another screw.

There should be a nipple that is on the other side of that Gromit. for the switches or the woofer box.

Can someone take a couple of photos of the actual 24 switchbank on the console. I canno figure out why the Ultimate D will not be sold with the switch package? I can and have done the 2020 switch install myself. A bity of a challenge but it took time. 

Also those owner that have the Ultimate D can you take the passenger fuse box plasstic lid off to see the fust buss etc. I want to compate with the older fuse boxes.

Saw a video where a gm rep said the aux switches will be in the cubby in front of the brake controller on the denali and AT4. Haven’t seen any photos of it yet though..

So if someone with a 2024 Ultimate Denali can snap several photos of the dash center stack! Then take a couple of the passengers fuse panel under the hood over the fender.

After a few searches I answered my own question. Its not a color problem. Its the relocation of the toggle switches on the dash center stack. The Ultimate Denali has all the toggle switches at the bottom below the AC controls. The only alternative is to put it into the same location as the 2020 thru 2023 models. This would provide the alternativfe switch placements and allow the outfitters switches. So I am thinking I can do it but am I willing to cut my own knee bolster panel below the hood level? Well I'll wait till I order my truck.
