Just got my son a 2018 Silverado extended cab work truck, he loves it.

It had an accident involving the front end (hence a great price), so this may be related.

Everything else on the truck checked out very well (CarFax, have pics of accident, thorough inspection, thorough test drive, etc.).

Wipers work on low speed, but when I switch to high speed, they stay on slow speed.

I'm assuming the relay in the fuse box on the driver side inner fender is the cause?

And, I heard it's soldered to the fuse box and can't be replaced by itself?

Please enlighten me....
