2022 Silverado LTD 1500 Factory Options

Hello, I'm new here, I'm in the market for a used truck, looking at a '22 Silverado 1500, It has around 17k miles on it, My questions are, why does it have Tow mirrors, and cab lights? Is this a factory option, or did the previous owner do this? Attached is a picture of the truck.

Also, anyone with this truck, have anything to say about it? It's the 2.7L model.

Someone installed - Lift kit , Fancey tires , tow mirrors / roof lights . Most 1500 don't come with tow mirrors , roof lights unless the dealer order it .
