Electrical issues. Major

So I know im not in the exact right spot here cause the vehicle in question is 2016 Escalade but I figured it was GM lol. I’ve got so many codes and I can’t find  anything as the culprit. U-0121 U-0126 U-051 U-0100 U-0139 U- 0101 U 0422 U-0415 and a few more. The only things that don’t work in the truck are the cruise control and the air compressor for the air ride and the fuse is good and new compressor. I’m losing my mind and don’t have a ton of money to drop it at a dealer for awhile. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

Find and clean all the ground straps you can find. I. The engine bay and I side.

Looks like your main concern is the front active grill air shutter performance P059F. This may be causing some of the others. This is a common issue. Several videos on YouTube on this. Search & watch the videos to educate yourself on this issue. I will assume it's mad & needs replaced but that my diagnosis sitting in my chair infront of computer. Replace it & then clear codes & see what comes back, if any. That's my .02 cents. Good luck.
