I have a 2022 Silverado 3500HD that has developed a weird issue. There is little to no gap between the steering wheel and the plastic cowling that covers the steering column. I have had the dealer replace the steering wheel and upper/lower pieces of the cowling, but now they say that is all they can do. I have 15K miles on it? So I guess I am on my own as I live far away from another dealer to get service. Has anyone else seen this issue? Any idea how to fix it. I tried to adjust the cowl, but it has a bolt in the bottom and snaps together. It is solid.

Youre dealer is tapping out in a very unprofessional way. I would contact Chevrolet customer assistance and ask for their help. What you posted is unacceptable. The key is to be polite but assertive and explain up front what youre expectations are.  Everything is "fixable" if you actually work at it.

And oh BTW, change your oil 😎
