GM go to guy/gal

Is there someone that works for GM that can a question about my information system.  I have a 2024 Pro with up graded stereo but does not have 360L that would give me the ability to pause, rewind or FF my Sirius. I call sirius and they said it was a GM thing in the stereo package, no one makes a after market stereo yet that would offer that option.  So my question is can I upgrade my info center or is it possible to reflash what I have to asses 360L.

You might want to look into aftermarket help.  There are companies that work on GM equipment to provide options to customers.  I recommend White Audio and Media Services (WAMS).

There will be nothing GM can do or supports.  As far as factory goes for 2024, the IOK 13" radio supports the 360L.  

 

You can try WAMS, but I only see they have an IOS to IOU upgrade.  The Pro uses the IOR 7 inch radio.

So I'm not sure about the different radios would I be able to buy the IOK 13" and hope its a plug and play. Thanks

Sadly no that is not plug and play the wiring is completely different along with a bunch of other software and modules etc.
