I have 2015 Silverado, looking to permanently disable the park assist feature, this is a farm truck, I have rear and front mounted guards that mess with sensors, I see pulling the fuse for OBS DET on the 2014 and early works, can this work for 2015 forward?

Can yo not turn it off per the Owners Manual" says? Here's a video for use location & a copy o Owners Manual or some possible help

It is possible but doesn't it turn back on again everytime time truck is started again?

To be honest, I don't know as I've never tried it.

 

Did u watch the video showing the fuses to pull? Not sure if they affect other stuff.
