Newbie question.  So while doing my annual undercoating, I saw that the passenger front leaf spring bushing was ripped.  I’m assuming because it is rubber and 5 years of oil undercoating weakened it, I don’t know.   Wondering if it is something I need to repair/replace or nothing to worry about?  Drives fine.

I wouldn't worry about it either but I would check all other bushings and rubber hoses due to the fact that coating could be attacking the rubber and degrading it.
