Tuner for 4.3 with afm delete

I was just wondering if anyone knew about a tuner for the 4.3 cause I’m looking for better fuel economy and also afm delete, I have an afm delete plugged into my ob2 port but if I got a tuner there’s only one port so it’s one or the other so I was looking for a link to a tuner with afm delete

There are splitter harnesses so you can have 2 things plugged into the OBDII port. I am using one with a Range AFM Disable as well as an OBDII reader to monitor different engine functions. Here is one similar to mine.

They also have some that do not have cords and are direct plugins. You just have to figure out if you need the B30 or the B31 depending on the orientation of the OBDII connector.
