I hope she learned that hosting an event to be aware of what she serves. Especially to older attendees not knowing what medications they’re taking. My daughter was with me at the hospital and got really angry at the daughter in law. I had to pull her back and ask her not to express that towards her sister in law. Don’t want a family feud. I think my wife is claiming more responsibility to eliminate any hard feelings. This stuff is legal and available at any liquor store around here. 

Then it doesn’t contain cannabanoid. You are probably spot on. It’s reacting with some of her meds.

From what I’ve read it acts like weed. And will show up on a drug test. It’s an alternative to alcohol in wine and affects people differently. It’s been described as having an effect like weed from the 70s. We’ve never tried the stuff. At least on purpose.

Never heard of this stuff. I’d be like your wife on it probably except I woulda thought you were all Iranian gunboat sailors and try to eliminate THE PERCEIVED THREAT. Why I isolate mostly.

At the worst. The effects on her she was almost non responsive. Not very verbal. For a few minutes a hard time breathing. On the way to the hospital she mentioned she felt buzzed. Her vitals were always fine. Some people probably would call that high. She didn’t like it. She spent all day yesterday just chilling, opposite of her normal self. She actually sat through two movies. Definitely not normal. I thought about giving it a shot. But I don’t drink that often so that’s enough.  Three shots of whiskey every now and then is enough. I know what to expect. If I had to drive in an emergency I could do it. So usually it’s one or maybe two about once a month. That’s fine.

When she drinks wine she has a glass that’s the size of a shot glass. That’s about what she had.

No real resolutions here.  Will see what 2025 brings, hopefully a ZL1/1LE  and more car events
