Short Bed Dually

Did GM ever make a short bed, crew cab, dually pickup in the previous generation of trucks? I was reading over at one of the camper forums and there is a debate about it there.

Yes, the OBS had an available CC Short Bed Dually, not many were sold though. I kinda thought that they were a little goofy looking, but they did exist.

Ive only ever seen one of them. I think the year range is 98-00. The dually fender almost goes the full length of the bed.

I have seen one or two as well. I think they were only offered in 1999 and 2000. The 1988-2000 body style is called the GMT-400's.

Yes, they were available 99-00. There is a guy here in town that has one. I see it at least once a week. His is red and has the 7.4L. I would like to have one. I bet it would be harder than hell to find if you really started looking for one.

Not around here in MN. I have seen several in ads from the papers and on sites like CarSoup.com and Cars.com. What is really hard to find are the RC SB duallies with the big block engine and auto trans. These are the "hen's teeth" of the pickup world.

 

Although, they seem to have an abundance of CC LB DRW's with they sky's limit of engine/trans. choices.
